Ye could Live with Pirates for the Weekend!

YARRR!!!!
Come experience living in a pirate encampment for 1 or 2 nights as part of the actual Pirate Encampment during the Gananoque Pirate Invasion!

Dates available:
Friday July 6th (Family Night)
Saturday July 7th (Adults Only Night)

The accommodations:
3 period-authentic wedge-style canvas tents, decorated and outfitted with comfortable cots, carpets, sea chests, chairs and lanterns are being made available for adventurous folks ready for fun!

So what kind of tent and how many pirates can fit inta it comfortably?
The Canvas Tents are called 'Wedge Tents'.

2 of these tents are 9' long, 8' wide, and 7' tall. Perfect for 2 adults or 1 adult and child.

1 tent is 12' long, 8' wide, and 7' high. Perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2-3 small children, or 1 adult and 2 bigger children.

What do you Get for this experience?

Friday:
- Accommodation from 4pm to 11am
- Evening round the fire, singing pirate songs
- Treasure Hunt through the Pirate Encampment
- Play Pirates Liars Dice, and listen to a swashbuckling tale before ye crawl inta yer cosy bunk fer the night!
- All day to enjoy what the festival has to offer
- Whether you bring your own pirate finery or be dressed as a pirate by our ship's costumer (costume to be returned by festival close the day of 'checkout' from the tents), be one of the crew!
- Opportunity to learn to man a game or activity and be a part of the inner circle of pirates at the festival!

Saturday
- Accommodation from 4pm to 11am
- Whether ye bring your own pirate finery or be dressed as a pirate by our ship's costumer (costume to be returned by festival close the day of 'checkout' from the tents), be one of the crew!
- Swim with the Mermaids 4:30-5:30 at Joel Stone Park (bring yer swim kit!)
- Be part of the Bawdy Adult Boarding Party. Free admission to the Saturday Captain's Keg - an 18+ show with music, adult shenanigans, fabulous prizes, and a contest for 'pirate of the Year' will occur from 7-11pm
- Then back to the encampment fire before bed!
- A hearty pirate's breakfast in the morning at Robeson's (this expense is not covered by the festival)
- All Sunday to enjoy what the festival has to offer

Fees
Introductory rates and deals for this festival year!!!!!!
1 night in tent (based on single occupancy)
= $130 inclusive
This year: Children 12 and under are free!
Each additional adult is $20 more for each overnight

Tents cannot be reserved without full payment - which can be provided by email transfer to ganpirateinvasion@gmail.com

Important Notes
1. Children under 18 are to be accompanied and supervised by an adult. We are not responsible for minors. We will sell them to the highest bidder!
2. There are plumbed washroom facilities on site, but no showers. A wash bowl is provided fer ye ta do whats needed! Ye are expected ta smell like a pirate!
3. 1 pillow and 1 fleece blanket are provided. Towels, additional bedding, and toiletries are the responsibility of the guest to bring
4. Dietary restrictions should be made known at time of booking
5. Cancellations without 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
6. Tents cannot be reserved without full payment - which can be provided by email transfer to ganpirateinvasion@gmail.com
7. Tents and supplied furniture, bedding, etc. are the property of the Gananoque Pirate Festival. Damage or theft will be prosecuted.
